Beginning Ceramics (Kids Welcome) This is a hand building class
where you learn the basics of clay, pinch, coil, and slab construction. In
four meetings, you can construct something more complicated or do two or
three pieces. Make plates, candle holders, sculptures, and more. Two-part

Learn how to paint
tiles that you can use in your own kitchen backsplash or bathroom shower.
Experiment on two tiles. Multiple techniques demonstrated. After this
class you can you’ll have the skills to make more tiles in the studio.

Funny or scary! Animal or monster! Have fun creating your copper wall mask. Cut it out of thin copper foil, use your imagination and various tools and techniques such as embossing, hammering, and stamping to add facial features, texture, and design. Use variations of paper,
texture, time, and temperature to create an image similar in appearance to
a watercolor. We start with 35mm slides and using a slide printer,
transfer the image to Polaroid film and then to watercolor paper.
